Eloise is responsible for the organisational sustainability, project development and management, and staff and volunteer management across the organisation and all its projects. She is also the Organisational Safeguarding Lead. You can read more about her on our Meet The Founder page.
Project Support Coordinator (beingher Project) (part time)
Oumou is responsible for supporting the CEO with ensuring the beingHer Projects, and its individual programmes are being kept up to date with any key themes and changes, and that the programmes are also achieving their outcomes, through monitoring and evaluation. Oumou also supports partnership management between key stakeholders, and also supports with the delivery of the beingHer programme.
Tyreis plays a big part in the beingHer Project through programme session delivery. She is responsible for taking a lead of preparing and delivering the sessions, and supporting our session delivery volunteers.
(beingHer Project Young Advisor & Co-Producer)
Kendra is a 17 year old sixth form student, who works part time in retail and is studying her A-levels, she is the first generation in her family with the hopes of going to university to qualify to become a Psychologist/Psychiatrist. Kendra has been a Young Advisor to Anima Youth for the past 4 years. Kendra helped to co-produce the beingHer Project in its early stages, ensuring the project reflected the needs of young women. She even chose the name beingHer!

Desrine is a 16 year old sixth form student, studying A levels, she is the first generation in her family with the hopes of going to university. She also runs her own hairdressing business where she makes and donates human hair wigs for young girls suffering from Alopecia. Desrine is a Young Advisor to the beingHer Project, and Anima Youth as a whole. She ensures the the voice and needs of young people are constantly being represented within the organisation, and holds us accountable to our youth led value!
