Meet The Founder

MRS ELOISE ANIMA OFORI

Eloise is a 24-year-old Law Graduate and qualified Paralegal, who has a passion for social action. She is an incredibly focused and determined young lady, who wishes to increase the aspirations and wellbeing of children and young people, whilst providing them with support and guidance to tackle the barriers and challenges they face, enabling them to make a smoother transition into independent life. Eloise’s passion for young people has seen her drift away from the typical Law Graduates career route, into a pathway focused on gaining experience and skills to enable her to solidly understand, support and transfer her learned expertise into Anima Youth.

Since graduating, Eloise has gained experience in Safeguarding and Child Protection, working as a Family Assessment Practitioner, Missing Children and Young People as a Service Manager for the charity Missing People, Youth Justice as a Youth Offending Sessional Worker for London Borough of Hounslow, Mental Health as a Mental Health Practitoner for Croydon Mental Health Service and Children's Rights as a Specialist Children & Young Peoples Rights Engagement Coordinator.

In addition to delivering Anima Youth Projects, Eloise has returned back to the National Charity, Missing People working as a Part Time Service Development Manager, where she first started her non-for profit career as a Service Coordinator almost 5 years ago.
